Swimming
The 20m x 8m swimming pool is heated to 29 degrees with a depth of 1.2 metres. It provides a superb environment for all water lovers, whether looking for a lap workout or fun swim with the family. And a visit to the spa pool, sauna and steam will provide the perfect antidote to a busy day for those of you who just want to unwind.

Lane Swimming is available at all times.
The pool is a non-supervised area, members are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. The Nuffield Health team conduct pool area checks on a regular basis.
Notices:
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times (See Rules & Regulations for details).
- Please shower before using the pool and after each time you visit the spa pool, sauna and steam rooms.
- No ball games in the pool.
- Use of snorkelling equipment is prohibited.
- For your own safety diving and running on poolside is strictly prohibited.
- No outdoor footwear is to be worn on poolside at any time. This is to ensure the hygiene standards of our pool side areas for the benefit of all users.
