Medical Suite
Welcome to the Medical Suite, containing some of the most advanced equipment available, provides you with the very best of clinical care.
You can access a wide range of services, delivered by high quality, experienced and friendly practitioners, including a doctor, nurse, physiologist, physiotherapist and dentist. You can also be reassured of complete confidentiality. Appointments are often available on the same day.
GP
Dr Gill Barlow our private GP is available for four days per week. You can arrange a consultation for all your normal GP type requirements and the doctor can either refer you privately or to your own GP for further investigation if necessary. You should retain your own NHS GP and where appropriate, the doctor will liase with your GP to ensure continuity of care or follow-up within the NHS.
Practice Nurse
Practice Nurse Tricia Clark is available for five days per week, providing an extensive range of services :

Physiotherapist
Physiotherapist Paul Roebuck is available for five days per week. Paul provides a full range of treatments and rehabilitation programmes for problems such as back and neck pain, and sports injuries.
Dentist
A full range of dental services using the latest techniques and equipment are available for five days per week from Dental Surgeon Dr William R J MacEachen. Cosmetic services are available including scaling and polishing using an ultrasonic scaler and jet polisher. Tooth whitening can now be carried out in one visit taking just over an hour, improving your smile and boosting your confidence!!
Emergency dental appointments are available on a ‘walk-in’ basis at 8.30am Monday to Friday.
Physiologist
A physiologist is a specialist in lifestyle assessment and lifestyle coaching. Our physiologist Gillian Stewart is available for one day per week for one-to-one consultations and advice on personalised wellbeing programmes. If you have elected for a Health Assessment via the RBSelect programme, we will co-ordinate your screen alongside the GP in the dedicated screening area, part of the Medical Suite.
Health Assessments
Health assessments are available on four days per week. The dedicated health assessment rooms include some of the UK 's most advanced technology, enabling a wide range of assessments to be available from wellbeing checks to top-of-the-range screening. Special features include immediate results availability - we have on site blood pathology equipment - and detailed lifestyle coaching. The suite includes high specification changing facilities and client lounge with refreshments.
Employees can elect health assessments through RBSelect for themselves and/or their partner. By electing for a health assessment through RBSelect employees can save money due to the tax and NI savings and spread the cost over 12 months.
Eligibility
All employees are eligible for all of the services. Partners are able to take advantage of the health assessment facilities if the employee elects this benefit through RBSelect. Partners and family members may use the paid services offered by the Dentist and Physiotherapist.
